At Bike Lover USA, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all components are in their original packaging and have not been installed or ridden on the road.

Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
