To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide in the box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags attached and show no signs of wear.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
